Canada is suffering from a lack of university spaces right now .... it's getting tougher every year ..... quebec and ontario ones are especially tough, because they are damm popular ... I see the high school requirements for some of the more popular universities and I cringe ...

Yup it is the biggest city in Saskatchewan with I think slightly more than 200,000 people. Think of tiny Singapore with 4 mil Laughing
